Preparation and refining.
We'll call you to confirm the details of the service. For a complex breakdown or overhaul, we'll work together to refine the initial diagnosis and the scope of the desired maintenance. For a simple puncture, we'll just make sure you have the right inner tube! If necessary, we'll advise you on the best approach to optimize costs.
Arrival on site.
Our technicians equip themselves with their essential toolkit (like the Pedros Burrito Toolkit 2 !) and head to your location.
Verification and intervention.
Once on site, we check the problem or the general condition of the bike. If the repair or service is simple and within the fixed price, it will be carried out immediately.
Quote if needed.
For more complex repairs, parts to be replaced or additional labor time, a clear and detailed quote is provided to you following the diagnosis and before any other intervention.
